Caring For Others
If you care for someone who could benefit from massage and touch therapy, I am here to support you. I specialise in disability massage, but my practice also welcomes all neurodivergences and all gender or sexual orientations. My mission is to make massage truly inclusive and accessible for everyone.
Parents, Carers and Advocates
If your loved one relies on you—whether you are a parent, carer, or part of a residential management team—you play a vital role in ensuring they receive the best possible care. Massage offers significant benefits, especially for those who may have difficulty moving, use mobility aids, or experience physical strain. It can help with pain relief, improve circulation, aid sleep and support overall wellbeing.

On a biological level, massage encourages the release of neurochemicals such as serotonin—the “happy” chemical—and oxytocin, which fosters bonding and connection. These effects are especially valuable for people with disabilities, who may have experienced medical interventions that can lead to physical tension or emotional armouring.

Touch is a powerful form of communication. Through gentle, respectful contact, we convey care, comfort, and reassurance. I am committed to creating a calm and welcoming environment for every client, and I take consent very seriously. Before beginning any therapy, I conduct a detailed health questionnaire and work closely with carers and families to understand each person’s unique signals and preferences.

Building trust is essential, so initial sessions focus on relationship-building, gentle touch, and open conversation. This helps ensure that every individual feels safe and respected throughout their massage experience.
